ICE PCI Express Analyzer Function

This command analyzes output from the ICE RocketIO ports attached to 
the PCI express bus signals for embedded systems that cannot utilize 
the LeCroy bus insertion card.

This command also generates test waveforms for the simulated ICE PCI Express core.

  /TL - transfer length
  /TSTART - time start
  /TEND   - time end
  /ECHO=list - list of packets to echo to screen DLP|TLP|TS|OTHER

  /GENERATE - Generate a test input waveform
  /W - Generate PCIE write DMA
  /R - Generate PCIE read DMA
  /T - Generate PCIE link training 
  /C - Generate PCIE link configuration
