Performs multichannel correlation for testing timecode measurements on ICE cards

<input>      Input pipe of packet data
 
This command performs a cross correlation algorithm on packets of ICE tuner data to evaluate
timecode measurements over time of two channels or a round robin of each channel vs channel 1.
