pauses a macro for specified time

<TIME> - Pause time in seconds, or -1 or -2 for special function.

If <TIME> is positive, the current macro or the shell will pause for <TIME>
seconds.

If <TIME> is -1, enter the suspend mode.

If <TIME> is -2, displays a "Press return to continue..." message and then waits
until the user presses return.
