Parses a command and returns components in results parameters

<CMD> - Command name or abbreviation
  - Support found
<NAME> - Name of command
<OPT> - Option tree currently configured

Given a command name, this command will grab the first dictionary entry
matching the <CMD> and parse the command returning the support, full name,
and option tree currently configured in memory.

Examples:
Get the SUPPORT, OPTION and NAME for the SHELLGUI command
  nM> parse shell sup=s name=n opt=o
  nM> res n
   8S: N = SHELLGUI
