Innovative Computer Engineering of Tucson, AZ was established in 1994 by Jeff Schoen to develop high-performance frameworks for digital signal processing. ICE’s hybrid hardware/software architecture achieves real-time performance with tools that are simple, portable, flexible, and affordable. The company also has special expertise in rapid prototyping and application development.

On October 1, 1998, Innovative Computer Engineering relocated to Fairfax, VA to begin work on the development of application-specific software for the ICE line of DSP cards.

On July 1, 2008, rumeL Incorporated, LowNoiseFloor LLC, and Innovative Computer Engineering of Tucson, AZ merged to become the new Innovative Computer Engineering (ICE) Incorporated, a Virginia-based corporation. This merger allows us to capitalize on over eight years of inter-company cooperation and innovation to create a more coherent, tightly integrated, customer-responsive product line. We will continue to provide our collective customer base with the same advanced technologies and products they have come to expect. We look forward to providing innovative, cost-effective solutions to your most challenging data acquisition, signal processing, and high-performance computing needs.

In 2014, Innovative Computer Engineering Incorporated rebranded and restructured as ICE Enterprises, Inc., a Virginia-based corporation. This change has allowed our company to offer additional services outside of hardware sales.

ICE Enterprises, Inc. is a privately owned company in the United States of America, with no international ownership interests.
