Product Warranty

ICE Enterprises, Inc. warrants all hardware products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. Software updates are available for download from this website and are free of charge for the life of the product.

Non-Volatile Memory Certification

ICE Enterprises certifies that no ICE-PIC4T, ICE-PIC4X, ICE-MBT4, ICE-DTDM, ICE-DTDMX, or any of the I/O Modules contain writable non-volatile memory. All memory is cleared at power down.

The ICE-PIC5XL, ICE-PIC6, ICE-PIC7, and ICE-PIC8 cards contain a writable, non-volatile E prom, and in addition, contain volatile memory. The volatile memory loses its contents when power is removed. The E prom holds the Xilinx gate Array code only. It will never hold any user supplied data. There is no interface provided for the user to write data to the E prom. In short, even though the E prom has writable non-volatile memory, it will only ever hold the gate array code for the Xilinx E prom. For further questions regarding this matter, please contact ICE at 703-934-4879.

Please see Statements of Volatility for a list of statements pertaining to specific ICE hardware products.
