Sets the random number generator seed to a new value. <new seed> should<br />
be an integer between 0 and 2**26 - 1. If it is not given (or negative),<br />
SETSEED simply prints the current seed value. If /GEN is used then the argument<br />
is ignored.<br />

Switches:<br />
/VERBOSE=F - Suppresses terminal output<br />
/GEN - Use a self-generated seed using java.security.SecureRandom<br />
