This macro performs Factory Acceptance Tests on ICE modules. Waveforms are &lt;br /&gt;
collected using special purpose macros. Signal levels and properties are &lt;br /&gt;
compared to the values in the table file using the icemeasure primitive.&lt;br /&gt;
A summary of the results is provided after each test.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A module can be tested with another module or an external signal generator.&lt;br /&gt;
Testing with a signal generator requires an entry in your hwconfig.key file.&lt;br /&gt;
For information on how to add hardware to your config file run an explain on&lt;br /&gt;
'HWDRIVER'. There is also an example below.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The valid tests are:&lt;br /&gt;
  ALL      - Run all the tests in the table file&lt;br /&gt;
  ATTEN    - CW input signal with swept Attenuation&lt;br /&gt;
  BAND     - L-Band bandwidth tests&lt;br /&gt;
  CMSE     - Complex mean-squared error&lt;br /&gt;
  CNPR     - Complex noise power ratio&lt;br /&gt;
  CTWO     - Complex two-tone input signal&lt;br /&gt;
  NOSIG    - No input signal (just noise)&lt;br /&gt;
  NOTCH    - L-Band carrier suppression&lt;br /&gt;
  OUT      - L-Band signal out-of-range&lt;br /&gt;
  RAMP     - CW input signal with swept Amplitude&lt;br /&gt;
  SMSE     - Scalar mean-squared error&lt;br /&gt;
  SNPR     - Scalar noise power ratio &lt;br /&gt;
  STWO     - Scalar two-tone input signal&lt;br /&gt;
  TIMECODE - Valid timecode received&lt;br /&gt;
  TONE     - CW input signal&lt;br /&gt;
  TRANS    - A2Dm14 DCM test&lt;br /&gt;
  TRIG     - Trigger digital-to-analog module on valid timecode&lt;br /&gt;
